Agua Para Elefantes – Whater for elephants

Esta pelicula dirigida por  Francis Lawrence y que cuenta con el actor Robert Pattinson y la actriz Reese Witherspoon, trata de un joven veterinario que abandona sus estudios para trabajar como veterinario en un circo ambulante.

El argumento de la película nos pareció bastante original aunque cuando la vimos no nos entusiasmó demasiado. Lo que nos atrajo más fueron los preciosos paisajes y animales.

The film, which is directe by Francis Lawrende and Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon as the principal casts, is about a young vet who abandons his studies to work as a veterinarian in a traveling circus.

The plot of the film seemed pretty original but when we actually saw it we weren’t so amazed .What attracted us most were the beautiful landscapes and animals.

Fuimos a ver esta película el día de su estreno aunque no sabíamos de que iba (exceptuando el amor) ni habíamos oído hablar de ella.
Nos pareció bastante aburrida y deprimiente. Sinceramente nos han vendido el título i el hecho de que la protagonista es la popular Natalie Portman. Nos esperábamos una historia de amor pero nos encontramos con una historia de una chica depresiva por la perdida de su recién nacida hija, con dificultades para ser una madrastra.
Solo la recomendamos a quien quiera ver una película dramática y no muy complicada.

We went to see this film on its release without knowing what was about (except love).
We found it quite boring and depressing. We sincerely think they have sold us the title and the fact that the main character is Natalie Portman. We were expecting a love story but we watched a story about a depressive girl which had lost her newborn daughter finding it hard to be a stepmother at the same time.
We only recommend it to anyone who wants to watch a not very complicated drama.
